Our team is constantly impressed with our LSF community. All the women in this community worked their butts off and we are so proud of each and every one of you! You all finished this 6 week challenge very strong and your transformations, inside and out, were AMAZING!

Kim’s Story:

“When I started Summer Shape Up I wasn’t in a good place because I stopped training and I wasn’t eating healthy. I did a lot of LSF challenges in the past, but I stopped training for a while and I wasn’t feeling the best mentally. physically.”

” When I saw that Summer Shape was starting I decided I was going to start fresh and make a new healthy routine of working out and eating healthy. The first week at SSU was the hardest because I had to make a new routine but once I got it right it got easier after the first week Move the app, Hot Body Meal Planand to help keep the amazing LSF community motivated. Now I train every morning and it has changed my mental health a lot. I struggle with anxiety and working out helps a lot.”

“I’ve come so far and I’m making healthier choices every day. I’m making progress every week, and that’s all that matters to me. I’ve lost 7 pounds in this challenge, but I’ve also won a scaleless victory, my once-tight clothes barely fit I’ve gone from medium size to small, but I’m very grateful Teams I know that they are the ones who help me to move forward in the challenges and afterwards.’

Morgan’s Story:

I still struggle to maintain a healthy lifestyle when the routine at home is disrupted. This year has been very eye-opening for me. I weighed myself in June after our travels and I have never been so tall on the scale. I was generally tired and sluggish.”

“These past 6 weeks have helped me realize that I can do so much more than I thought. I’m sad that the challenge is over, but I still plan to check out the app workouts and keep going. LSF team and the community is unlike anything I’ve gotten from a gym, workout class, or online platform. So proud of all the girls in the challenge. These girls encouraged me to show up for myself every day. I love that we’re like a little online family.”

Jessie’s Story:

“This was my first time doing a love sweat fitness workout/challenge. MOVE app a week before the challenge and was amazed at how challenging but fun the workouts were. I bought it too hot body nutrition plan and has 14 days (format) long ago, like years ago, and he never followed them. But this time I decided to do it and was amazed at how easy it was to actually follow the meal plan. I like how you provide easy carb and fat swapping and how realistic the meal plan is. At night I am still able to have meals with my husband, but also to maintain my goals.’

“I entered goals gang About halfway through the challenge, and I feel like that’s really what catapulted me into the community a little bit more. The girls there are very motivating. It’s great to see you too, Katieinteracting with us and providing information about Lil along the way. I love going deeper than motivation and workouts and meal plans. I think that’s what sets your program apart from every other fitness program I’ve been a part of over the years.”

“For the first time in two years since giving birth to my son, I feel like I’ve found a way to make time for myself, recover my body, regain my mental clarity and actually have fun taking care of myself. I honestly never knew I’d lose the baby weight and postpartum weight myself. I didn’t take care of it for three years, but when I started working out, and I started to lose weight, the food plan is so changing for me: the meal makes sense from a nutritional point of view, but they are so fulfilling and I never felt like I was opening my eyes to a whole new way of living, as silly as it is. And I know that by taking care of myself and feeling good about myself, I am also pouring that energy into my family, I feel like a better wife and in all areas of my life. I feel motivated now.”

Our Pink Heart Award is for one member #teamLSF community who was not only dedicated to her fitness journey, but her #teamlsf kids were so encouraging! At each challenge we ask members to nominate people who have motivated them and been a source of positivity and encouragement throughout the challenge.

Evey’s story:

“Not only is she dealing with fatigue and anxiety from the long distance, but she’s also physically dealing with being a single mother. group lsfI might have stopped working.”

“Although I didn’t lose many pounds during this challenge, I gained strength, muscle, and the ability to eat and train well through the tough challenge. I lost about 3 pounds. I learned to eat well, not restricting the foods I like. And I learned not to give up my sweet tooth. that patience is the key and that I don’t compare myself to what I think might look better than I do or to my old body.’

“This challenge has taught me that it’s okay to change things when it gets hard, but to always remember what I’m doing so I don’t give up and fall out of the routine. I wouldn’t say I will. I lost my Love handles like I wanted, but I gained muscle in my glutes and my arms I toned them up… that was another goal I’ve had for over 2 years.”

“I used LSF 14 day form and HBMP while doing this challenge. I also brought meal plans with me on vacation up north. I wanted to stick to a meal plan that would satisfy my hunger but keep my goals in tact. In this challenge, I found my love wing woman and now I can’t stop drinking every day. Not only has it helped my immune system, it’s my favorite morning drink that I can’t go a day without.”
