Ezra Sosa Suggests United Healthcare Assassin Suspect as DWTS Partner

Dancing with the stars for Ezra Sosa jokingly suggested that the man suspected of killing the CEO of United Healthcare Brian Thompson to become his season 34 partner.

Sosa, 24, took to TikTok on Tuesday, December 10, to share a smiling photo of the suspect, Luigi Mangioneto highlight the pair’s physical similarities.

Captioning the clip “on finna be my partner season 34 🥵🙂‍↔️🤤 #dwts”, Sosa also filmed himself blending into a photo of Mangione, 26, before shaking his head with laughter as he absorbed the mirrored hair and facial features. .

Mangione is suspected of shooting and killing Thompson on Wednesday, December 4 outside the entrance to the New York Hilton Midtown Hotel in New York City. After a five-day manhunt, Mangione was arrested in Pennsylvania on Monday, December 9, while he was eating. at McDonald’s in Altoona, Pennsylvania.

According to CNN, Mangione has been charged with murder and faces four additional charges, including one count of forgery and criminal possession of a firearm.

Sosa’s fans were quick to see the comedy in the professional dancer’s post, with one fan writing: “Honestly surprised Ryan Murphy he hasn’t called you for a biopic yet. You were the first one to think of me LMAO,” and another commented, “Ezra, you have to enter a contest that looks similar.”

Sosa isn’t the only high-profile figure rocked by the shooting. Social media influencer Caroline Calloway he claimed on Monday that he has his own connection to Mangione.

“OMG GUYS I LITERALLY F-ED THE UNITED HEALTHCARE CEO ASSASSIN,” Calloway, 33, wrote that day via X. In a follow-up tweet, she wrote, “Okay, technically it wasn’t an assassin when we f-ed. …that I know of. But still!!!!”

Sosa is no stranger to stirring up controversy through TikTok. Sosa boasts over 502,000 followers on the social media platform and recently used it to express his views on debated DWTS rules.

When a social network user linked Derek Hough and Shawn Johnson EastSeason 15 performance via TikTok last month, when asked if it was fair that the duo lost points after breaking out of a hold during a quickstep performance, Sosa responded with his thoughts.

“The rules get looser and looser every year!” Sosa wrote in response to a Nov. 17 post. “Back than (sic) it wasn’t ok but now it is.”

Sosa was a partner Anna Delvey for season 33 of the hit reality TV series. Sosa, who served as the show’s newest professional, led the pair to finish in 12th place.
