Actress Phoebe Buffay, 61, said she and her famous friends – Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Matt LeBlanc, David Schwimmer and late Matthew Perry — only met for dinner once after the show ended, but before theirs 2021 TV reunion.
“We had dinner, the six of us, only once before because the show was over,” Kudrow said on Tuesday, April 10. Modern family star Jesse Tyler Ferguson‘with “Dinner’s On Me” Podcast. (over Sky News).
According to Kudrow, the dinner took place about a decade after the NBC sitcom ended in 2004, and the stars “didn’t miss a beat.”

Little did the cast — or the fans — know it would be the last time we’d see all six stars together. Perry he died at the age of 54 from acute effects of ketamine in October 2023.
“I have to say, it shook us,” Kudrow told Ferguson on Tuesday’s podcast. “He said it wouldn’t be a surprise, but it would be a shock, and that was exactly right. So smart, it’s true—it wasn’t a surprise, but it was a shock.’
“It was a big shock,” she added.

“That’s going to sound weird. I am more comforted that he was happy the day he died,” she said. “He must die happy. And it was a gift for me.”
Kudrow also shared that bond between six Friends stars didn’t just happen overnight.
