You can take any of your own MOVE app workouts outside, from your Sweat Sesh to the Daily 10 or try these suggestions!
Start your day off right with a relaxing yoga session in the park or in your backyard. Find a quiet spot, roll out your mat, and relax and listen to the sounds of nature.
Beach walks are the perfect way to distract yourself from what’s happening right now. Take 10-30 minutes for a walk on the beach, just by yourself (with some headphones in and your favorite playlist or podcast) or walk with your girlfriend and catch life!
Take your high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to the beach for an extra challenge. The soft sand will work your muscles harder and the ocean breeze will keep you cool. HIIT workouts are great for burning calories and improving cardiovascular fitness.
