High Protein Cheesecake Cookie Dough

Cheese cookie dough recipe | MyFitnessPal

When you imagine making holiday treats, you probably picture 5-pound bags of flour and sugar, a kitchen sink full of mixing bowls, and a butter-stained apron. It’s an activity that can take hours and involves tasting at least one of each batch of cookies when they come out of the oven.

But that is not the only way to produce the seasonal delicacy. This chocolate chip cookie dough comes together in minutes with minimal mess. No need to turn on the oven.

And best of all, it’s full of protein. Cheese is your superpower when it comes to enjoying a high protein dessert. Although some prefer it on its own, it owes much of its popularity to its versatility.

You can use cheese in different recipes. (Trust us, we have written some of them!) And that includes a ton of desserts, but this delicious high-protein cookie dough might just be our favorite.
