Sean “Diddy” Combs he will remain in jail in New York pending his trial next year.

Diddy, 55, voluntarily dropped his latest appeal to be released on bail and will remain behind bars as he awaits a May 5, 2025, court date. People reported on Friday, Dec. 13, citing new court documents.

He was a disgraced music mogul a grand jury indicted in September shortly before he was arrested for sex trafficking, extortion, conspiracy and transportation for the purpose of prostitution. The 14-page indictment — which citing Diddy’s infamous partiesdubbed “Freak-Offs,” as evidence — claimed Diddy “abused, threatened and coerced women and others around him” for decades.

The day before Combs withdrew his new bail appeal, he was accused of sexual assault by three other alleged victims, Our confirmed on Thursday 12 December.

Diddy’s lawyers denied the allegations in a statement Our. “These complaints are full of lies,” the statement said. “We will prove them to be false and seek sanctions against any unethical lawyer who made fictitious claims against him.”
