See what Google’s Project Astra AR glasses can do (for a few beta testers)

Published by Google A prototype of Project Astra’s AR glasses for testing in the real world. The glasses are part of Google’s long-term plan to one day be equipped with augmented reality and multimodal artificial intelligence capabilities. In the meantime, they will release demos to attract the attention of consumers, developers, and their competition.

Along with the glasses, Google also announced new ones operating system, Android XRthis will allow developers to create experiences for XR gear such as glasses and headsets. The operating system will power the Project Astra glasses and the newly announced Samsung-developed Project Moohan headphones that will be released next year.
