So if I’m going to be able to follow her journey, she’s someone that I’ve been trying to bring to the show for the last few seasons that I’ve been working at SUR.”
After being an OG cast member The Vanderpump RulesScheana recalled trying to pay it forward by suggesting new people to add to the mix.
“I was like, ‘She actually works here! We’re actually friends!” she remarked. “That’s what I want to watch (Season 12). I just hope that when they announce the cast, it’s definitely one of those people and she deserves it.”
Scheana’s comments section quickly filled with people making fun of her.
“You gotta love Scheana with that energy. 😂 of course he’ll know the whole cast,” wrote one person, while another added, “Oh mg, this is the 3rd week in a row talking about the end of vpr/ new beginnings of vpr? Find something else to talk about.”

“I’m sure she’s BEST FRIENDS with everyone on the show. Lmao,” was the response to which Shay’s sister Courtney Erin he wrote back, “Why is it shocking that she’s friends with people she used to work with.”
Scheana made Bravo history when she sat down and spoke Brandi Glanville on the episode Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in 2013, which became the transition for The Vanderpump Rules‘ the pilot.
While Scheana was a main cast member for 11 seasons, she retreats now that Season 12 will feature an all-new cast Lisa Vanderpumprestaurant SUR. Scheana has time The Vanderpump Rules featured many highs and lows—incl ongoing jokes ask how everything affects her when fans accuse her of being self-centered.
“I feel like something is finally happening about me. I laugh when I see it,” Scheana said on her podcast in April. “I was even retweeting and replying to people because I was just like, ‘You know what? I like to be in on the joke.”
Finally, Scheana became the target of a joke after her comments in season 11 about how deeply it affected her Tom Sandovalaffair with Rachel “Raquel” Leviss — which caused his split from Ariana Madix.
“I’m just still in pain. Why can’t I ever have a single moment where it could be about me? I’m hurt,” she said Lala Kent during the March episode. “I have lost a very, very dear friend. I struggle with it. But I can’t feel anything because it’s only about Ariana. I’m tired.”
Scheana also raised eyebrows when she discussed how she would like to be a contestant Dancing with the stars years before Ariana, 39, got her chance. The response on social media caused Scheana to clarify what she actually meant.
“That was my true emotion at that moment, and as much as I cringed at times, I never regret sharing. That’s literally my job here,” she explained on her podcast in March. “This season, I’ve been proud to try to be the most open and honest version of myself – even if sometimes the audience might not agree with me.”
Scheana added, “I’ve stepped out of my comfort zone this season and I hope you all show me some grace and just understand that a lot of the things we go through are interconnected. I’m putting it all out there because I hope it helps people who have been through similar things.”
