Sean “Diddy” Combs appeared in court on Wednesday, December 18, where a federal judge warned of any “surprises” in the upcoming trial.

Diddy, 55, and his attorney appeared in federal court for a status conference, he said People. Judge Arun Subramanian they requested that all updates to the movement plan be set by 3 January 2025 to “avoid any last-minute surprises”.

Diddy dropped his latest bail application earlier this month. According to court documents filed on Friday, December 13, Diddy voluntarily waived his appeal and will remain at MDC pending trial. The trial is scheduled to begin in May 2025.
