In the lawsuit, which was filed on Friday, Dec. 20, and obtained by Us Weekly after reporting on it TMZ and The New York Times, He vividly accused Baldoni running “social manipulation” campaign against her “ruin” her reputation.

Lively filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against Baldoni on Friday, alleging the meeting took place during the film’s production. It ends with us in January 2024 to address Lively’s claims against her colleague.

According to the lawsuit, Lively’s demands included “no more showing nude videos or pictures of women to Blake, no mention of Baldoni’s alleged previous ‘addiction to pornography,“No more discussions of sexual exploits in front of Blake and others, no more mentions of cast and crew’s genitalia, no more questions about Blake’s weight, and no more mention of Blake’s dead father.”

Baldoni’s lawyer Bryan Freedman addressed Lively in a statement as “completely false, outrageous and intentionally disgraceful” allegations. He claimed that Lively filed the lawsuit to “correct her negative reputation” and “retell the story” about the film’s production.

He further alleged that the actress made “several demands and threats” during the shoot, including “threats not to show up for the shoot, threats not to promote the film, which ultimately led to its demise during the launch if her demands were not met.”

In the statement to The New York Times in December, Lively said, “I hope my legal action will help pull back the curtain on these sinister retaliatory tactics that hurt people who speak up about bad behavior and help protect others who may be targeted.”

The actress denied spreading negative information about Baldoni.

Earlier this year, there were rumors that there was bad blood between Lively and Baldoni when they weren’t doing press for the movie together while they were on the promotional trail ahead of its August release.
