“Yes, I got to talk to her, which was an unforgettable experience,” the fan listed Carly shared through TikTok on Monday, December 23. “It was a very short interaction, but I will never forget it.’
When the Chiefs took on the Houston Texans at Arrowhead Stadium on Saturday, December 21st, Carley did to catch Swift’s attention35.
“I was wearing my own jersey,” she explained. “It was an 87 jersey, but instead of Kelce, the tag said ‘Karma.’ I had it all dazzled and everything. As soon as I made her see it, her jaw dropped a little and she said, ‘So cute. I love it!'”
When Carley reiterated to Swift that “had to dazzle it,” the “Shake It Off” singer replied, “It’s so cute.
“That will stay with me forever,” Carley added. “It was such a fun interaction with her.
Since he started walking Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce in 2023, Swift made it a priority attend as many home games as possible as possible.
Last weekend was no different as she showed up in a Charlotte Simone faux fur jacket, Chanel bucket hat and black Manolo Blahnik knee high boots.
While Swift attended the game in the suite with her parents, Andrea and Scottand Kelce’s parents, Donna and EdCarley revealed that the singer blended in with all the other Chiefs fans.
“She’s really like a fan when she’s there, which is so cool,” Carley explained in her TikTok video. “For example, there was a bad call and she was talking about the referee and how he was in previous games. We had these eyes on each other, like, ‘What are these refs thinking’. It was great to have the kind of human interactions with her that you would have with any other Chiefs fan.”
For Swifites wondering what it’s really like to sit just in front of Swift on game day, Carley revealed that venue security checked all tickets and had a few requests.
“We were asked not to ask for pictures because it would trigger a swarm,” she said. “Don’t pass anything through the window.”
In the end, the guidelines didn’t stop Carley from scoring on game day. In addition to the interaction, Swift, a Chiefs fan, watched her team beat the Texans. Their next game is against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Wednesday, December 25th.
“Overall, it was literally a perfect day,” Carley said. “I will remember this forever.
