The rumored couple took to their Instagram Stories on Wednesday, December 25 draw attention to their Christmas holidayswith Bristowe, 39, uploaded a photo of herself holding a candle in a church.
“Many different beliefs when visiting church,” she wrote alongside a picture of her and someone else also holding a candle. “But the one I share with the community is shining your light.
Meanwhile, Clark, 40, shared a very similar photo of himself holding a candle in what appeared to be the exact same setting as Bristowe’s, but from a different angle.
Bristowe and Clark they did not address publicly their relationship status after sparking romance rumors earlier this year. When they were spotted spending time together on New Year’s Eve, Bristowe quickly silenced speculation that she had been unfaithful to her ex-fiancé. Jason Tartick before their split in August 2023.
However, Bristowe did not deny that it existed anything romantic between her and Clark.
“You’d think I’d be used to the hate. I’m not Your words hurt. Your shame hurts. Part of me feels a little sad for you and honestly ashamed for you because this is not how you should spend the first day of the new year,” Bristowe wrote via her Instagram Story in January. “You shouldn’t be so invested in someone you don’t even know or respect. It’s actually scary, and I know that looking inside can be even scarier for you. But bullying is next level. You can have opinions and feelings.”
She continued, “But you don’t even know the truth and your HATE should actually have consequences. I’m really worried about some of your mental health. It’s not okay. His. No. Please. Please be ashamed of yourself for treating someone you don’t know this way. I didn’t kill anyone. I had a party with some of my favorite people. Shame. On. YOU. I don’t.”
In response to a separate post, Bristowe sparked rumours directly, writing, “I want to say that there has never been an iota of cheating and I will not stand by that rumor. You are all here NASTY. Anyone. I swear on the lives of my dogs. No cheating continued. So we can put it to rest. Thank you!! Happy new year everyone. Go donate blood or something!”
Clark remained more reserved after his breakup with Tayshia Adams, who co-hosted seasons 17 and 18 Bachelor with Bristowe. Clark and Adams, 34, got engaged on season 16 of the ABC dating show in 2020, but My Weekly confirmed their split in December 2021.
“At the time it felt real, right – it was all those things. I wouldn’t change a thing,” Clark shared on “The Ben and Ashley I Almost Famous Podcast” in September 2023. “I don’t live in regret. It’s a very special moment in time and in my life regardless of what happened.”
In honor of his 40th birthday in January, Clark reflected important life lessons he learned
“I lost fights. I won the fights. I am married. I got divorced. I was addicted to heroin and recovered. I have a brain tumor in the back of my head cut out. I’ve made friendships and lost friendships. I made money and lost,” he wrote on Instagram at the time. “At the end of the day, I throw it all in the middle of the table and that’s life. I believe we all gave each other a hand to play, and for me, I’m a pretty happy guy right now.”
