Biles, 27, and her husband, Jonathan Owensthey were forced to spend Christmas Eve in a hotel before Owens and the Chicago Bears take on the Seattle Seahawks on Thursday, December 26th.

“Christmas looks a little different when you have to check in at a hotel,” Biles wrote via her Instagram story on Wednesday, December 25.

Despite the Bears playing Thursday night at Chicago’s Soldier Field, many NFL teams stay in hotels the night before home games — with a curfew.

Biles has been a regular at Owens’ matches, home and away, since he retired Gold across America tour in early November.

The celebrated gymnast was forced to adjust to a new normal during the holidays, just like her exclusively speaking My Weekly before the Bears’ game in Detroit against the Lions on Thanksgiving Day last month.

“I’m going to fly in in the morning and fly right back just so we can spend Thanksgiving together,” Biles told us. “Holidays are all about sports right now, especially in the soccer world, where they play sometimes.”

While she was at the game cheering on her husband, Biles employed a house crew to make sure everything ran smoothly.

“We have a chef come in and cook,” Biles explained. “I think some of his teammates will come through and take the plate, especially if they don’t have family in the area. It’s a little harder, but it’s nice to be able to rest.”

After the Bears Thursday night football game against the Seahawks, Chicago will close out its season on Sunday, Jan. 5 in Green Bay against the Packers.

With no playoff bid in sight for the Bears, Biles and Owens will finally have time to enjoy the dream home the couple — who married in April 2023 — have been building together.

“At this point, we’ve waited so long for it to be built, we’re going to wait until after the (NFL) season to move in,” Biles told us in November. “They’re doing all the backyard stuff right now. Jonathan wanted a half basketball court, a barbecue pit, all that good stuff. We put in a sunken trampoline and a pool.”

Biles continued: “We’re literally almost there.
