The podcast host shared details about her weight gain via video posted via TikTok on Thursday, December 27.
“We have exciting news. I think I gained 11 pounds. I know, I know,” LaPaglia, 25, happily announced in the clip. “And it’s great and it’s amazing because I have an appetite again, I’m eating.” I say, b –h, you haven’t eaten in a year, but maybe I’ll get some rest.”
LaPaglia went on to explain why she was so excited about gaining weight, sharing that initially she lost weight due to the stress of dealing with her breakup with Bryan, 28.
“If you’re confused, I lost a lot of weight. It was a toxic, horrible, horrible situation. And I was going through something bad mentally, but I couldn’t eat and I became skin and bones, so I started force-feeding myself dirty food,” she said. “Like, I’ve been eating pasta, fast food—anything that’s just sh—ty that makes me gain weight.”
The “BFFs” podcast host went on to detail some of the physical changes she’s experienced recently.

“My jeans are starting to fit around my thighs. No longer baggy on my thighs. Double chin, come back! I don’t know if it ever really went away,” she said. “These are the things that make me happy, they make me feel good. It took me about three months to get my appetite back. And like I said, I literally feel like I’m hungry.’
She continued: “It’s possible that this is happening and gaining weight is not a bad thing. Sometimes that can be a really good thing. And a really good sign that things are going well.”
LaPaglia claimed in October she was “blind” when the country music star publicly announced via his Instagram that the former couple had gone their separate ways.
The following month, LaPaglia shared via a TikTok video that she was too upset to eat her relationship breakdowncausing her to unintentionally drop 15 pounds.
“It’s not because I don’t want to eat. I was physically sick from what I was going through mentally,” she explained. “When you’re constantly fighting or running, your body is so nervous to the point where you throw up, you can’t eat, you can’t hold anything down.”
