The 30 year old Dancing With The Stars alum opened up about his upcoming surgery in a TikTok video posted on Friday, December 27th.
“Get ready with me as we talk about my breast augmentation,” Arnold said excitedly while sitting on the floor in purple sweatpants. “If you’ve been following me for a while, you know I’ve talked about this before as something I definitely wanted to do.

In her video, Arnold talked about the timing of when she went under the knife. Despite originally wanting to wait until she and husband Sam Cusick were “ready to have kids”, Arnold later changed her mind.
“Naturally, a lot of you are wondering if this means we’re done with kids,” Arnold said. “We’re not done with the kids. I feel like my plans and timeline have shifted quite a bit.’
Arnold and Cusick, who have been together since high school, have daughters Sage, 4, and June, 15 months.
On Friday, Arnold said she didn’t feel the time was right for her and her husband to try for a third child, giving her time to get a breast augmentation and lift.
“I just decided I didn’t want to wait,” she explained. “Obviously (I) know there are chances that I might have to get picked up or whatever later in life, but I don’t want to wait any longer. … We’re just putting (family planning) on hold a little longer.”
Mirrorball champs or not, Dancing With the Stars has featured some accomplished professional dancers in the years since the ABC competition series premiered in 2005. Arnold also consulted with a plastic surgeon about the procedure, noting that she wanted augmentation after her breasts seemed to “puff out” since having children.
“The skin is there, there’s just nothing in it,” she admitted. “I really want to, sort of, fill out the size I already have and create fullness and volume so that it stays that way even when I’m not wearing a bra.”
Arnold announced her plans to gain promotion on Thursday, December 26 TikTok video.
“My Christmas present this year is to get breast augmentation,” Arnold said at the time. “Guys, I’m scared, but I’m also so excited. This is happening in just over two weeks. I will be 31 on January 11th and Sam and I are going to Mexico for a little getaway. We do three nights and then come home. The next day I have a breast augmentation. They’re taking me too.”
