Pentagon confirms cyber truck bombing at Trump hotel linked to US Army Special Operations Sgt

On New Year’s Day, a rented Cybertruck drove in front of the Trump Hotel in Las Vegas and appeared to explode. As a result of the explosion, the Cybertruck driver was killed and 7 observers were injured. The hotel was harmless. US Army Special Forces Sergeant Matthew Alan Livelsberger had rented the Cybertruck in Colorado earlier that day before driving it to Vegas.

Security cameras and bystander footage show the explosion. According to authorities and witnesses, the Cybertruck stopped in front of the entrance to the Trump International Hotel around 8:30 a.m. Smoke billowed from the Cybertruck before it ignited, setting off an explosive mixture in the bed of the truck.

Videos of the explosion showed fireworks, smoke, and a large burst of flame coming out of the glass on top of the Cybertruck. Photos of the truck shown after the incident reveal accelerants and explosive material in the bed. It was a collapsing mix of mortar-type fireworks and fuel canisters.

At a news conference, Las Vegas Police Department Sheriff Kevin McMahill praised the truck’s construction. “The fact that it was a Cybertruck really limited the damage inside the valet, because most of the blast was in it. Up and out by truck. You will see that the front glass doors of the Trump hotel were not even broken by the explosion parked directly in front of it.

NEWS: Law enforcement agencies said that the Cybertruck actually helped prevent the explosion.

At X, Musk and those close to him praised the truck and said its construction saved lives.. They too He criticized the media for putting “Cybertruck” in the title of a cybertruck story exploding “The bad guys chose the wrong tool for a terrorist attack. The Cybertruck actually intercepted the blast and directed the blast upwards,” Musk said An inscription in X says. “Even the glass doors of the foyer were not broken.”

This is stupid. We still do not know the motive behind the blast or who is behind it. Building the Cybertruck didn’t save lives, and the Trump International Hotel, a poor brand of “car bomb,” did. What happened in front of the Trump hotel in Las Vegas is small on the scale of the car bomb. A mix of consumer fireworks and fuel cans riding on the back of a glass-top car is designed to attract attention, not harm.

If what happened outside the Trump hotel was actually a car bomb, it’s sub-amateur. In 2010, a car bomb exploded in Times Square but failed to explode. The 1993 Nissan Pathfinder contained a gun cabinet filled with 250 pounds of fertilizer, fireworks in a metal container, gas cans and propane tanks. It was called by the police failed car bomb “enthusiast”. Everything that was made in the bed of the Cybertruck didn’t even meet these enthusiast standards.

Investigations into the incident are ongoing. Livelsberger, who lives in Colorado Springs, rented a truck in Colorado on Wednesday morning. Surveillance of Tesla charging stations showed the truck traveling from Colorado to Las Vegas. Livelsberger apparently died in the Cybertruck during the fire.

Pentagon confirmed earlier today Livelsberger is an active duty member of the Army Special Forces who was on leave from duty in Germany when he rented the Cybertruck. Livelsberger’s LinkedIn profile described him as a Green Beret serving as a communications and intelligence specialist with almost two decades of experience.

Authorities are investigating a possible connection between Livelsberger, Cybertruck and the attack that killed 15 people in New Orleans. Hours before the Cybertruck caught fire, Shamsud-Din Jabbar drove a Ford F-150 into revelers in New Orleans, killing 15 people. Jabbar and Livelsberger used an app called Turo to rent their cars. Both were US Army Veterans.
