Sophia Bush and Grant Hughes they are legally single after finalizing their divorce just before the new year.
The One Tree Hill alum, 42, entered into a nondisclosure agreement with Hughes, 43, on Monday, Dec. 30, according to court documents obtained by TMZ. The former spouses’ divorce settlement came 16 months after Bush filed for divorce.
Bush and Hughes had been friends for years before that started dating in 2020. My Weekly in May of that year he confirmed that Bush’s “mystery man” was in fact a businessman.
More than a year after they publicly debuted their romance, Bush announced her engagement in August 2021.

Although Bush went through with the wedding, her and Hughes’ life as a married couple was short-lived. Two months after their first anniversary, Bush filed for divorce in August 2023.
According to the court filing, Bush set the separation date as June 27, 2023, just 16 days after their one-year anniversary.
In January 2024 Hughes made the request with the Stanley Mosk courthouse in Los Angeles, asked a judge to lift a mutual and temporary restraining order between him and Bush, according to documents obtained Our.

The documents revealed that while Bush wanted their “unity agreement,” or prenuptial agreement, upheld, Hughes asked that $300,000 be released so he could invest in real estate. The money was protected by their prenup.
At the time, Hughes’ request for funds was accepted by the court – and no further details were shared publicly.
