Nicole Kidman and daughter Sunday perform at the Golden Globes pre-party

Nicole Kidman celebrated the beginning of 2025 awards season alongside his 16-year-old daughter Sunday Rose at In a magazineThe annual party of the best acts in Los Angeles.

The mother-daughter duo posed together at the annual event celebrating the year’s best talent at Chateau Marmont on Saturday, January 4. Kidman, 57, looked smart in menswear in a blue shirt, oversized jacket and trousers, which she accessorized with a pair of pointed black heels. Sunday, meanwhile, rocked an embellished pale blue two-piece with black tights. Both women wore their hair loose in waves.

Kidman, who is garnering rave reviews for her performance in 2024 Little girlshares Sunday and daughter Faith, 14, with husband Keith Urbanwhom she married in 2006. (She’s also mum to daughter Bella, 31, and son Connor, 29, whom she shares with ex Tom Cruise.)

“They keep raiding my wardrobe. I’m like, ‘Okay, what’s mine is yours,'” Kidman said W in their Best Performances issue, where she stated that she packed all of her red carpet dresses. “They are museum pieces.

She continued, “But I’m not raiding their closet, even though I’m like, ‘Oh, that’s cute.’ But I can’t take anything. It’s a one-way exchange.”

Sunday recently made her runway debut at the Spring/Summer 2025 Miu Miu show during Paris Fashion Week in October. Kidman said AND! News on Lioness Premiere later that month she is “Incredibly proud and supportive” of her daughter’s modeling.

At the event, Kidman discussed the “tremendous amount of luck” in her life, before praising her family for their unwavering support.

“There’s also the most important thing, love,” she added. “Big, big love. And then there’s the love of my life and the love of my life. My daughters have never been on a red carpet anywhere in public with me, tonight was their first night, so here they are, Sunday and faith.”

Kidman, who is nominated for a 2025 Golden Globe, recently lost her own mother, Janelle, at the age of 84 in September. she celebrated her life at the 2025 Palm Springs International Film Festival on Friday, January 3.

Dedicating her International Star Award to her mother, she tearfully said: “I want to donate – because I didn’t make it to the Venice Film Festival. I didn’t get to do it because I arrived in Venice and she was gone. I got a call and I said (Little girl director) We don’t have it (Rein), ‘Can you come on stage for me and accept the award for me?’ And she did. But now I’m on stage and I’m back here.’

Kidman continued, “Thank you for giving me the opportunity to say, ‘This is for my mom.’ My whole career was for my mom and my dad who are not here now. I will continue to work and give to the world because I love what I do and I love you all and I am so grateful for the privilege of being a part of the film community.”

“I’m sorry for crying. I didn’t want to do it,” said the actress. “But now I can feel my mother, so this is for you, mom.

Kidman’s father, Anthony, died in September 2014 at the age of 75.

At Friday’s ceremony, Kidman added of her parents: “They gave me resilience, they gave me love and they gave me the strength to keep going.”
