On Sunday, January 5, the actor Montana Jordanbest known for his role in Georgia v Young Sheldon and spinoffs Georgia and Mandy’s first marriagetook to Instagram to make a special announcement.
A year ago, Jordan and his longtime partner Jenna Weeks, they rang in the new year and announced that they were expecting their first child together, a daughter.
Five months later, Jordan announced that their daughter Emma Rae Jordanwas born on May 21.
“God blessed me with a beautiful baby girl. Emma Rae Jordan, Mom and Dad love you. Forever and ever,” he wrote on a photo of him holding his little girl.
And over the past seven months, Jordan and Weeks have been sharing snapshots of their life together as young parents.
Now the proud parents are taking their relationship to the next step.
On Sunday, Jordan revealed that he asked Weeks to marry him.
“To the woman I love most, you are the light of my life, darling,” he captioned several photos of the proposal. “I love you to the moon and back a million times and more. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for us and our family.”
In the photos, Jordan proposed to Weeks in front of an illuminated “Marry Me” sign as flower pedals were strewn across the ground. Weeks showed off her stunning diamond ring as the two embraced in a kiss.
After thousands of congratulatory comments, several joked about the similarities between Jordan and his beloved TV character Georgia.
“Talk about looking more and more like that character LOL. Congratulations,” one fan wrote.
His co-star “Young Sheldon”. Iain Armitage also shared his congratulations, writing, “This is so amazing and I’m so happy for you!!!”
Jordan and Weeks started dating in 2021.
