Bad Bunny’s new song could be about anyone, including Kendall Jenner

Evil bunny admitted that the songs on his latest album aren’t necessarily about specific people he’s dated — but they could be.

“I wrote songs inspired by people that people have no idea who they are,” said Bad Bunny (real name Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio), 30, in an interview with Time published on Sunday, January 5th. “The meaning of a song can vary in many things, for example the absence of a person who is no longer with you, or love. But it could also be many other things that are no longer there.”

In particular, the album’s title track “DtMF” deals with feelings of regret over a relationship while trying to come to terms with its end. Bad Bunny and Jenner, 28, were first romantically linked in February 2023 when they were spotted on a date in Beverly Hills. The pair later attended the Met Gala in May of that year. Until their split in December 2023 less than a year of datingthe couple has largely kept their romance out of the public eye.
