From tears to laughter to total cringing Golden Globes always offered plenty of memorable moments.
Ryan Reynolds and Andrew Garfield stole the spotlight when they both lost the award to Ryan Gosling ceremony 2017 and now embracing in a passionate kiss.
“I just wanted Ryan to know that I love him no matter if he wins or loses,” Garfield said days later The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. “It doesn’t matter, it’s how you play the game. He showed up, gave his all. It doesn’t change my heart.”
In December 2021, Garfield reflected on the surprise smooch. “It was a really fun moment. I told him, ‘If you win, kiss me instead Blake (Live)“Your wife because Blake was on the other side. He said, ‘Great, let’s do it,'” Garfield recalled during the run Autocomplete Wired interview series of videos.
However, not every joke is memorable for laughs. Seth Rogen brought the audience into relief as he presented the award with him Kate Beckinsale in 2011 and said, “Hi, I’m Seth Rogen and I’m currently trying to cover up a massive erection.” Beckinsale gave an unpleasant laugh. “How sweet,” she replied.
