Married at first sight wedding anniversary shouldn’t be so dramatic.

IN My Weeklyan exclusive preview of the Tuesday, January 7 episode of the Lifetime reality series, cast is gathering to celebrate one month of marriage.

Instead of raising a glass to love and happiness though Emm34 a Wrap41, clearly has some issues to work out the whole group.

“My husband tells me a—— on our one-month anniversary, I don’t have much,” says Emem Juan and the entire cast. “I don’t have much to give.”

As Ikechi sits quietly at the dining table, Emem explains why she is so angry with her husband of almost four weeks.

“Calling me a– for being MIA? You said you needed space and time,” she says. “I texted you. I called you. You didn’t answer and then you show up today in this joker suit. I’m done . You’re wild about it. I’ve been writing and calling you for two days.”

After Ikechi denies his wife’s claim that she tried to contact him, Emem can’t help but be a little louder.

“You’re lying,” he yells before Karla and the other ladies ask her to go to the bathroom in hopes that she will calm down.

Before she can catch her breath and officially leave the table, Emem has one last insult for her husband.

“F-ing clown,” he says for all to hear. “Bring me a clown, you’ll have a circus.”

Viewers met Emo and Ikechi during the season 18 premiere Married at first sight in October 2024. At the time, both sides hoped that the show’s experts — including Drs. Pepper Schwartzpastor Calvin Roberson and Dr. Pia Holec — could compare them to their eternal partner.

Emem was introduced as an open-minded woman who is not interested in wasting time dating. As for Ikechi, he was seen as a man who took the trouble to find out who he was and what he wanted.

As a component Married at first sight During the experiment, both parties agreed to let Lifetime cameras follow them for eight weeks as they experienced the highs and lows of their marriage.

On Decision Day – or the series finale – Emem and Ikechi decide whether they want to stay married or get a divorce.
