Elle Fanning already highlights one of the biggest beauty trends of 2025: modern retro makeup.
Fanning, 26, looked spectacular in 2025 Gala evening of the National Review Committee in New York on Wednesday, January 7. She donned 60s glam for the event, including a bright pink lip. Her subtle eye makeup featured nude eyeshadow mixed with brows and mascara. To make her blue eyes pop even more, Fanning wore white eyeliner on her waterline.
The rest of her look featured foundation and a subtle blush that allowed her freckles to shine through. The actress’ platinum blonde mane was styled into a half-updo with shoulder-length blown-out curls.
Fanning paired her groove with a delicate Maison Valentino dress with thin straps, a lavender bra top with a delicate pink crystal-embellished bow, and a tiered butter yellow skirt.
