Spent cartridges found in the remains of a fire in Los Angeles

The BBC’s Emma Vardy saw bullets littering the streets as she toured the fire damage in Los Angeles, California, on Thursday. Some were spent cartridges while others remained live. As the fires burned, the BBC heard bangs, pops and explosions, sounds that could have been bullets fired by the heat.
