SEAN HANNITY: Against all odds, after years of incomplete warrants, subpoenas, morning raids, dozens of trumped-up charges, one after another, far-left judges and Trump-hating juries… donald trump has gutted the left’s lawfare campaign. Today, the New York judge, Democratic donor Juan Merchán, announced that Trump would receive no jail time, no fine, and no probation after a Manhattan jury convicted Trump on what is a novel and strange legal theory in about a case that had no victims. I mean, it was a legal NDA written by a lawyer and was recorded as a legal expense. Judge Merchan told Trump, “Sir, I wish you good luck as you assume your second term.” It was almost ridiculous. But even though there is no sanction, Donald Trump will rightly appeal this false conviction. In his sentencing, the president-elect criticized the left and its attempts to weaponize our justice system.

Democrats who hate Trump tried to imprison the former president. They wanted to send him to Rikers Island. They wanted to ruin his life. They tried to destroy his reputation, all to prevent him from winning the election. This is a massive scandal, one of the largest in modern American history. And the media is perfectly fine with that. These Democrats failed miserably. And now the time has come to do the math.
