Ricki Lake Remembers Middle Tyler Henry Predicted Losing House In Fire Before LA Disaster

Lake Ricki is reflected on the medium Tyler Henryeerie foreboding o the ongoing wildfires in Los Angeles.

“The great @tylerhenrymedium called it! Less than three months ago, on October 15, 2024, Ross (Burningham) and I was at Tyler’s show and guys, he saw fire,” Lake, 56, wrote via Instagram on Saturday, January 11. “Praying for everyone affected by this ongoing nightmare, including my new friend, @tylerhenrymedium and @rachaelharris whose homes I hear may be at risk.”

Lake and husband Burningham, 57, were guests on an October 2024 episode of the Netflix show. Living on the other side with Tyler Henry.

“I encourage you to watch it,” Lake concluded on Saturday. “Omg.”

In each episode of the live special, Henry, 28, meets with another famous guest and a panel of their loved ones for spontaneous reading. During Lake’s part, he predicted that there would be a fire.

“There may be a coincidence where we not only lose something,” Henry speculated. “I think it could have already happened. If material objects have been lost by both fire and water. They are too separate things. Eventually we find out there’s a story where there’s a house fire or something along those lines; fire hazard. … There’s something about watching water seep into places it shouldn’t and damaging (images).”

Lake’s home was destroyed in the Pacific Palisades fire earlier this week.

“1/7/25 The day we lost our home. 😭💔” she wrote via Instagram a few days later on Thursday January 9th “Timeline of our efforts to save our beloved Malibu home: 11:24am signs of smoke in Temescal Canyon, 11:54am setting up our fire suppression system, 4:10pm Ross spraying our neighbor’s palm tree (ball pull ), 18:17 Ross is trying to siphon gas for the fire engine. (Even more pull on the ball, even though it didn’t work.) 😩6:55 shall we stay or shall we go?”

Less than two hours later, Lake and her husband “gave up (their) efforts” and evacuated the area.

“Grateful to make it out alive and unharmed. Forever grateful @kirbykotler_ our absolute angel,” Lake continued Thursday. “He did.” try to save everything our precious possession. No doubt we would have stayed, we would not have survived. Sharing for all who ask. Thank you for the love and well wishes.”

She concluded: “Again, please pray for those affected by this catastrophic event and help if you can.”

It also hit home after remembering Henry’s prediction and sharing it on social media Live from the other side cohost Amanda Kloots.

“This is WILD,” Kloots, 42, wrote via Instagram Story on Saturday. “@RickiLake lost her home in a fire in October on our show Live from the other side.”
