Adam Devine, comedian and Honest gems star is proving that you don’t need perfection to achieve your health goals. It takes the right mindset and tools.
After gaining what he calls “sympathy weight” during his wife Chloe Bridges’ pregnancy in 2024, he was tired of feeling bloated and sluggish.
