Southern charm‘with Madison LeCroy she always shares her tips and tricks when it comes to her diet and fitness routines.

LeCroy started it wellness journey by completing the 75 Soft Challenge in the summer of 2024 and before transitioning to the 75 Hard for 2025. Both the 75 Soft and the 75 Hard are fitness challenges created by an author and entrepreneur Andy Frisella. The programs encourage participants to stick to six strict lifestyle rules for 75 days straight.

As part of the respective 75 challenges, LeCroy performed Pilates, cold jumps, sauna sweat and other exercises. While LeCroy has taken her fair share of gym classes, she also has a state-of-the-art home gym where she does most of her training.

In addition to the fitness aspect, LeCroy also implemented healthy recipes to her menu, including a large breakfast salad. Most of the reality star’s creations are alternatives to classic junk food.

New Year’s motivation

Jumping into her New Year’s fitness resolution, LeCroy shared some motivational words of encouragement for those struggling.

“It’s that first week in January where we’re all like, ‘Okay, I’m over it, I’m over dry January, I’m eating healthy and exercising every day.’ But we will continue,” she declared in January 2024 TikTok video. “We’re going to be strong, we’re going to be healthy – that’s the main key to all of this.”

LeCroy then shared what her daily workout consisted of: stretching, treadmill running, 45-minute sauna sessions, and a three-minute cold jump.

From the car

The Bravo personality took to TikTok to open up about how she strayed from her diet.

“Can I tell you what I ate today? So I worked out, sat in the sauna and lost some more weight. Then I ate a large Philly cheesesteak, about a foot long, with six wings, medium well to hot, with blue cheese. I literally stuck a straw in the blue cheese and drank it—” she recalled in January 2024 TikTok. “Last night I had a tuna sandwich with bread and a Mountain Dew.

In the video’s caption, LeCroy added that she wanted to grieve in “peace.”

LeCroy introduced her followers to one of her favorite snacks that she likes to make with veggies and cottage cheese.

“If you don’t like cottage cheese, swipe up and it will grow,” LeCroy quipped in April 2024 TikTok. “I heard someone else say that and I was like, ‘Valid.’ So normally I would make cottage cheese and then end up adding red pepper flakes, truffle salt – which I’m obsessed with. I’ll add some vegetables. If you really want to add more protein to it, you can hard-boil the egg.”

While LeCroy didn’t want to spend time cooking an egg, she added all the baguette seasoning to give the dish a little crunch.

Beauty Sleep Prep

In addition to diet and exercise, restful sleep is a priority for LeCroy. In April 2024 TikTokshe boasted about her recipe for a drink she likes to enjoy before bed.

“I’m making a sleepy girl mocktail.” Cherry juice, I like that,” she said, holding up a bottle of the drink to the camera. “You all know I’ve been doing this since January. It was a bit heavy… on the magnesium.”

LeCroy added that adding some cherries gives the drink more of a cocktail feel.

LeCroy introduced herself to her followers in May 2024 TikTok that she is going to make a cake using a boxed mix from the grocery store.

“Okay, we’re making a cake, yellow with chocolate frosting.” There’s nothing skinny about that,” she teased before he joined her husband Brett Randle. “Interestingly, Brett is a baker…so he despises me making it (from a box) vs. from scratch.

While making the cake mix, LeCroy realized she didn’t have enough eggs and had to send Randle to borrow some from a neighbor. After securing the eggs, LeCroy and Randle found themselves in yet another baking disaster when the cake began to fall apart while they were frosting it.

“This looks like a Matilda cake. It went well last time,” she said. “It’s all about how it tastes, it’s a lava cake!”

Rocky Start

When LeCroy began her journey with 75 Soft, she faced some challenges as she began the transition to a new lifestyle.

“I’m on day two of 75 Soft, I know you’ve heard of 75 Hard, but let’s be honest. I’m not going to go 75 days over the summer and on vacation and not have a pina colada,” LeCroy said in June 2024. TikTok video. “So my problem with that is water intake. I did my size and height and I should be taking in 96 ounces of water a day which is six pounds. I feel like I’m drowning.”

LeCroy joked that she felt like she was “poisoned” from drinking so much liquid. While the reality star shared her frustration with the task, she admitted that she knew she would be “happy” once they started seeing results.

LeCroy opened up about why she’s not afraid to add healthy amounts of salt and other spices to her meals.

“I kind of put salt everywhere,” she said in June 2024 TikTok. “I know people say, ‘It’s bad for you.’ But I think if you’re sweating and you’re in the sauna and all that stuff, you’re going to get a little salt. It’s not going to kill you.”

We give things another try

LeCroy was making another recipe for a healthy snack and wanted to include an ingredient she usually doesn’t like.

“I’ll be completely honest with you guys. I’m not a fan of plain yogurt,” she admitted in August 2024 TikTok. “It tastes like sour cream to me, but I’m trying to be better at it.”

While LeCroy wasn’t a fan of the flavor of the yogurt, she decided to make a parfait with honey, granola and berries. After taking a bite, LeCroy was pleasantly surprised at how good it tasted.

Cleanse on an empty stomach

In August 2024, LeCroy participated in a five-day program from Prolon that mimicked fasting and gave followers updates on how it was going.

“I do it about three times a year. I’m going out of town, so I’ve got to tip the fluff,” said va TikTok while preparing one of the Prolon soups. “You get crackers (with the meal), so I like to break them up and split them because I only get soup for dinner.”

In a follow-up videoLeCroy shared that she doesn’t usually exercise intensely during a cleanse, but will do her signature cold dips. On the third day, LeCroy admitted that it was the “hardest day” of the program and she made a “mistake” when she weighed herself.

“I was only down about a pound and a half and you don’t see that weight until you wake up on day six because it’s only five days,” she reflected TikTok. “The reason the third day is quite difficult is because you’re kind of restricted…you don’t get olives and you only have tea instead of a snack.”

After cleaning is complete, LeCroy transferred to social networks celebrate.

“Abs are in check. Thank God,” she said in the clip while showing off her toned abs. “Now I can get high on vacation and enjoy all the food and drink I can consume.”

Comfort Food Dupes

LeCroy always has a few recipes up her sleeve that mimic some of her favorite foods, one of which is mac and cheese.

“So I’m going to make something that’s not healthy, but it’s better than macaroni and cheese when it comes to health,” she said in August 2024 TikTok. “It still has a lot of cream and cheese and all those Southern things that every casserole and their mom has.” It’s a squash casserole.’

The TV personality noted that she usually slices six pumpkins before cooking them and then combining them with cream, cheese and spices. Once the meal was ready, LeCroy paired the meal with a salad.

A guilt-free snack

LeCroy got an after-dinner craving for something to pounce on.

“I’ll make cabbage.” Now don’t pull up yet because I promise you it’s (good),” she said in September 2024 TikTok as she filled the bowl with cabbage. “It will dehydrate because we will be using a deep fryer. You could use an oven, but this is the easy way.”

Before putting the leafy greens in the fryer, LeCroy sprayed the kale with a cooking spray of olive oil, salt and ranch seasoning. LeCroy gushed that she thinks the recipe is “better than popcorn” and tastes like a “cool ranch Dorito.”

Her essentials for the kitchen

In January 2025, LeCroy took to her Instagram Story to share that she was starting at 75 Hard challenge and wanted to give fans a glimpse of what her meal planning entailed.

“Nothing fancy! The dishes I share are exactly as they appear. If you see a turkey patty, it’s straight from the store — no secret recipes, no homemade sauces, and definitely no fresh salad from my garden (because I don’t have one!),” she wrote at the time. “I just make meals and meals that I enjoy, especially when I’m working on a program like 75 Hard. I’m glad you’re all excited about it!”
