Mauricio Umansky is in good spirits amid Kyle Richards’ layoff

As his separation from Kyle Richards continues to make waves on Bravo, Mauricio Umansky it goes on.

“Mauricio is living his best life right now,” a source exclusively shares in the latest issue of the magazine My Weekly.

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star — who recently shifted her focus to helping find housing for displaced families amid the LA wildfires — was spotted in Aspen packing on the PDA with the model Claudia K last month, after he jetted off to Colorado with her, but the insider explains Our that Umansky, 54, is not interested in something serious.

“He was seen exchanging numbers with a couple of women (there) and buying the groups drinks,” the source added. “He says he’s having more fun than he’s ever had in his life.

Umansky separated from Richards in July 2023, but Richards made it clear that the adoption was legal filing for divorce is not yet at the forefront of their conversations.

“It’s not something we haven’t talked about before,” Richards, 56, revealed Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen in December 2024. “It hasn’t worked out yet. We are good friends and get along very well. … We just live separate lives.”

While Richards kept tabs on the details of his love life, Umansky was romantically linked to several women — including his ex. Dancing with the stars partner Emma Slater. He was a professional dancer name dropped during a recent episode from RHOBAbut Slater and Umansky denied that anything romantic ever happened between them. Richards admitted it’s not ideal to see “pictures of her walking down the street” with other women as they navigate the new normal.

“Obviously it’s weird to see his personal life going on all the time,” Kyle said The Hollywood Reporter in an interview published on Tuesday, January 14. “But even though it might be weird, we’re not that together, so it is.

Kyle noted that while she was “scared” to have the conversation, it’s something she and Umansky will discuss on camera.

“We knew it was inevitable that it would come. It was out there in our faces every day,” she shared during the same interview. “I knew he wouldn’t want to talk about it, but he actually made it up himself because he knew it was the elephant in the room. I sat there and let him talk about it.”
