Jessica Simpson turns the page with a new chapter after her breakup with her estranged husband Eric Johnson.

After months of speculation surrounding her relationship with Johnson, Simpson revealed earlier this week that the pair had called it quits after 10 years of marriage.

“Eric and I were living apart and going through a painful time in our marriage,” Simpson said in a statement Our on Monday, January 13 “Our children come first and we are focused on what is best for them. We are grateful for all the love and support coming our way and we appreciate our privacy right now as we deal with this as a family.”

After the split, Our confirmed that Simpson’s house is currently for sale for an asking price of $17.9 million. The new price is more than $4 million less than the original price of $22 million. After purchasing the property in 2013 from Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne for $11.5 million, Simpson listed it for sale in September 2023. Simpson took it off the market in August 2024, but re-listed the house on Saturday, January 11.

The property listing was reactivated days after wildfires spread across the Los Angeles area, forcing the evacuation of tens of thousands of people.
