Travis Kelce he is grateful for his “very strong relationship” with his girlfriend Taylor Swift.
“I’m enjoying all aspects of life, that’s for damn sure,” gushed Kelce, 35, on Wednesday, January 15 The Stephen A. Smith Show. “Me and Taylor are happy and I couldn’t be happier to have that confidence and comfort off the field and all the support I could ever ask for in the stadium.”
Kelce and Swift, 35, have been together since the summer of 2023 after he visited one of her Eras Tour concerts in Kansas City armed with the DIY friendship bracelet that has become synonymous with her show. The Kansas City Chiefs had hoped to give the bracelet to Swift — which had his phone number on it — but were unable to meet the pop star. The three-time Super Bowl champion later recalled the perceived rejection on his “New Heights” podcast in July 2023.
After Swift heard Kelce’s plan while listening to an episode of the podcast, she held out her hand privately. The couple went public the following September when Swift attended her first Chiefs game.

Now it’s Swift a regular at Kelce football matches. (During the 2024-2025 season, she attended nearly every home game at KC’s Arrowhead Stadium.)
“I personally think the beauty of a very strong relationship is that you get the support to come in and focus on your craft, focus on being the best version of yourself,” Kelce added Wednesday. “That’s why I wanted to be at (her) concerts, support her and be there for her, make sure she’s comfortable and supported in everything she does in life.”
In between publicly sharing his support for Swift, Kelce maintained that he remains “as focused as (he’s) ever been” on the football field.
“I’m focused on my job like never before and being the best player I can be week in and week out for this team,” he said. “It’s because I don’t have to worry about things off the field.
