General Motors has been hit with a major ban by Lina Khan’s FTC for secretly selling car owners’ driving data.

Lina Khan of the US Federal Trade Commission has slapped General Motors with a five-year ban that prevents the automaker from providing personal information to consumer reporting agencies even if it gets consumer consent.
