Take a quick international trip to Tokyo Disneyland to see the latest additions to the It’s a Small World attraction, which is getting an adorable Marvel cover.
In the United States, it’s festival season at Walt Disney World with the opening of pop culture fan favorite Festival of the Arts at Epcot; At the Magic Kingdom, Space Mountain is celebrating its 50th birthday. at Universal Studios Orlando It’s bad the frenzy continues with a new look for its official store and the Stella Nova hotel is set to welcome its first guests as the countdown to Epic Universe begins in earnest.
Things are quieter on the West Coast as Southern California rises to deal with the aftermath of the Los Angeles fires. According to its location, Disneyland it was able to stay open as people evacuated to Anaheim. Universal Studios Hollywood was closed briefly but reopened after the fires moved away from the Studio City area, though you should still be careful if you plan to visit (be sure to various air quality index readings).
To help Los Angeles recover, the movie campus is inviting Angelenos to a series of free screenings at the theater in support of evacuees. Disney Studios, Paramount, the Academy Museum and revival theaters offer free theatrical runs of family films, and some theaters donate a portion of the proceeds from other screenings in addition to ongoing fundraisers.
