Alongside his caption, the actor and singer shared a selfie with his wife Jill Goodacre and their three daughters – Georgia28, sarah kate27 a Charlotte22 — at the Australian Open. The two-week tournament started on January 6 and will end on January 26.
Following on from Harry’s role as a judge Australian Idol in 2023 all three of his daughters moved to Australia. “They’re in school and working and doing well down there,” the musician said People in July 2024. “Georgia and Kate had been there a few times when they were little on tour with me, so they always wanted to go back. And when Charlotte came down there, she loved it too.’
The New Orleans native said of Australia in an interview with the outlet: “First of all, the people are incredibly nice and welcoming. It is a beautiful country. The food down there is some of the best in the world. It’s clean air. The quality of life is simply great. The pace is relaxed.”
Harry and wife Jill tied the knot in April 1994, four years after they first met and two years after they got engaged. In 2019, Hope Floats the actor spoke exclusively with My Weekly about his and a former model’s secret to a lasting marriage.
“I married my best friend and I married a woman I look up to immensely,” he said Our at that time. “We have the same values, so it’s easy for us to try to pass them on to our children.”
In 2012, Harry and Jill’s marriage was tested when the former model was diagnosed with breast cancer. “I remember what you told me. At the time, Jill shared that telling their daughters was the worst part of her battle with cancer, but it ultimately brought the family closer together.
“That was the worst of all. When the girls sat on my bed and told them, they were so shocked, it was devastating,” she said. “They’re leaning on me more now and it’s really sweet. They’ve been very supportive, just amazing.’
Harry said on the show: “I think you were probably stronger than me. You set the tone for how we’re going to deal with this,” he said on the show. “I am so impressed by your bravery.
