Kirkconnell, 28, reposted several cryptic videos about the end of their respective relationships. In one clipthe caption read: “Real footage of me breaking into my male friend’s house after I found out they were cheating.”
In the video, the woman was incognito thanks to a police costume, hat, sunglasses and a fake mustache while holding a camera. She stood outside the door waiting for her friend’s significant other to return home, then promptly tackled him to the ground.
Kirkconnell also reposted the fan lineup clip from Sex in the city scenes in which Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker) said she “misses” ex-fiancé Aidan (John Corbett).
While Bachelor Nation waits for Rachael Kirkconnell to break her silence on her split from Matt James, a source is giving Us Weekly an exclusive look at their relationship. “The breakup may seem sudden, but it’s been brewing for a while. Former Bachelor announced their separation on Thursday, January 16.

James and Kirkconnell met in season 25 bachelor, which aired in 2020. Although they did not get engaged on the show, they left as a couple, but broke up within weeks. The reality TV alums reconciled in 2021, often pushing back against the pressure to take the next step and get engaged.
“I feel like when you feel pressure, it’s when you don’t want to do something,” James exclusively speaking Our in June 2024. “So I never really felt the pressure because it’s something I’ve always wanted to do. It’s something we’ll do at some point. That’s why we’re together and what we’re working on.”
