Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle Parker may have been a little too enthusiastic Monday as she and the rest of the city celebrated the Philadelphia Eagles NFC Championship berth.
Parker headed into town on Sunday. in front of a snow storm and frosts that would impact the northeast. Temperatures were expected to drop to 10 degrees on top of about six inches of snow. In conclusion, he expressed his support for the Eagles.
