A Walk to Remember Cast: Where Are They Now?

Much like the others film adaptations based on the author Nicholas Sparkscatalog of novels, A walk to remember charmed audiences with its sweet love story between Jamie Sullivan (Mandy Moore) and Landon Carter (Shane West).

“(It’s) bananas,” Moore exclusively said My Weekly about the film 16 years after it first debuted in 2002 in January 2018. “I feel (feel) really old! It’s crazy. It seems like a lifetime ago. But I’m so happy to celebrate it and so happy that people still – it’s relevant and it still means something to people. That means a lot.”

Moore played high schooler Jamie in the romantic drama, which opened in theaters in January 2002. Accepting her mortality amid a tough battle with leukemia, Jamie soon clashes with bad boy Landon when he has to join her in a school play to make up for past misdeeds . As the two teenagers fell in love on screen, loyal audiences were instantly captivated by Moore and West’s connection as they brought the two literary characters to life.

Although it had been years since the pair shared the screen, they continued about their film bond and their film experiences.

“Good morning.” These two gentlemen are still one of the best. Nice to catch up with you@theshanewest and @adamshankman. My ❤ is full,” Moore wrote in February 2017 reunion picture with West and director Adam Shankman.
