Former Big Brother UK star Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace relives a “terrible” health scare after marrying what she believes to be a fake Ozempic.
“I’m not going to lie and I’m not proud of it, but I. bought Ozempic injections from the black market,” said Horgan-Wallace, 46 Closer in an interview published on Tuesday, January 21. “I was in a desperate situation because I had a lot of weight that wasn’t shifting, and being in your 40s is harder.
Horgan-Wallace said the first three months of using the so-called fake Ozempic had been “brilliant”. She explained that she “didn’t have any hunger pangs” and “didn’t eat junk” while having “so much energy”. Horgan-Wallace added: “I’ve gone from a size 12 to an 8, it’s been amazing!”
Three months later, her health began to turn around. “I had to have a risky dose because my body reacted so badly. For three days I thought I was going to die. I was in my bed, waking up throwing up, having diarrhea and falling back asleep,” she said. “At one point I had three bags of vomit by my bed.
Horgan-Wallace claimed she began to “lose” her vision and her eyes “blurred” to the point where she “couldn’t even see my phone”. She recalled, “I had no idea what was going to happen to me.”
Although she says she needed medical attention, Horgan-Wallace said she was hesitant to seek help because she was ashamed.
“There was definitely a point where I thought I was going to die because I couldn’t even function.” I wanted to go to A&E but I couldn’t get there because I was too embarrassed to say what I had done,’ she said. “I felt guilty about wasting NHS resources when I had it done. When my sight started to come back, I called my best friend, he came over with electrolytes and coconut water, and he looked at me and said, ‘What have you done to yourself?'”
Following her health scare, Horgan-Wallace is urging others not to follow in her footsteps. “My message is don’t do it. I almost died because of it—,” she said. “Your life is not worth losing to lose weight.” Don’t compromise your health and buy things on the black market because you don’t know what’s in them. It’s the most horrible health problem I’ve ever been through and I’ll never do it again.”
Since then Horgan-Wallace she gained the weight she lost and is now a size 10. After a scare, Horgan-Wallace said she wasn’t ready to have “saggy skin” and underwent surgery to change it.
“Everywhere I looked like a deflated balloon, I didn’t recognize myself!” she said. “With weight loss injections, you lose weight so quickly that the skin hasn’t had enough time to stretch, and you end up looking older. I had to have surgery because everything fell apart.”
In December 2024, Horgan-Wallace underwent surgery to lift her breasts and tighten the skin around her chin.
“They removed so much excess skin that I had around my chin and neck and basically lifted it all up. I’ve been wanting to get my breasts done for a while because they look like udders!” she said. “I don’t mind droopy natural breasts, but when you have a big, old implant on top, they look like they’re hanging.” The surgeon talked me into going bigger and gave me a lift which I am happy with but I will definitely be getting bigger implants next year! I come from an era of glamor modeling and big breasts, it’s not for everyone, but I love the pin-up, Jessica Rabbit look.’
