Love is blind alum season 7 Ashley Adionser she broke up with her husband Tyler Francis after a year of marriage.
“After much thought, I want to share that Tyler and I have been separated for several weeks and have now made the difficult decision to end our marriage,” Adionser, 32, said in a statement. People on Tuesday, January 21 “Although I had hoped for mutual understanding and transparency in our relationship, it has become clear that our paths are no longer aligned, making it impossible for me to continue this marriage.”
Adionser added that the decision to quit was not easy, but clarified that it was “necessary”.
“It wasn’t a decision I made lightly, but I know it’s necessary for my own growth and peace,” she continued. “While this chapter closes, I will always respect the time and love we shared. I kindly ask for your privacy during this deeply personal time as I focus on healing and building a new future. Thank you for your understanding and support.”
During their season Love is blindwhich aired in October 2024, Adionser and Francis bonded—and got engaged—in pods. After meeting face to face for the first time, Adionser received her engagement ring and the couple eloped to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
After their romantic getaway, Adionser and Francis moved to Washington DC together for a “trial marriage”. That’s when Francis revealed that he did fathered more children. According to the military veteran, he donated the sperm to a friend who could not have biological children.
“You’re running around here talking about how we’re going to get married, but you’ve also been running around saying how you want to have kids now. And it’s like, ‘Whoa,'” Adionser said in the October 2024 episode. “How did you even talk about any of that? Can’t I think about it without even considering your past?
Despite Adionser being upset that Francis kept this information from her at first, the two eventually walked down the aisle and said, “I do. Adionser later revealed that the children’s birth mother reached out to her apologize.
“I will say that she wrote me on Instagram and apologized to me and Tyler. (She) said she was praying for us and she never meant for it to go this way. She doesn’t say much on this forum,” she recalled on a November 2024 episode of “The Viall Files” podcast. she didn’t mean to cause me pain.”
