Cairo (Reuter) – About 153 prisoners were released by Houmen in Yemen on Saturday from the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), according to an ICRC statement.
The identity of the detainees was not disclosed, but the ICRC said they were regularly visited by the agency in the Yemeni capital Sanaa.
