“Whatever the government of the courts with respect to the second amendment is what is protected by the second amendment,” Patel replied.
Padilla explained that his interrogation line was due to an “association” between Patel and the owners of group weapons in America, which enthusiastically supported Trump’s choice to lead the FBI.
“Goa applauds to the ‘kash’ fiercely pro-gun ‘nomination for the director of the FBI,” said the organization in a press relief after Trump’s announcement to play Patel.

Padilla expressed concern about the enthusiastic endorsement, arguing that the organization has taken “extreme positions” in weapons.
“United States arms owners have taken extreme positions, including the position that all background verifications are unconstitutional and that the civil property of machine guns is protected under the second amendment,” said Padilla.
Padilla then argued that Patel would be responsible for supervising some of the most critical weapons regulations in the country. In the FBIexpressing his concern that Trump’s candidate was not up to the task.
