Rwanda illegally occupies the Democratic Republic of the Congo and tries to orchestrate the regime change, said the country’s foreign minister to the BBC.
Thérèse Kayikwamba Wagner said this followed decades of impunity and not holding the president of Ruanda Paul Kagame for violating international law.
Their comments occur after the M23 rebels backed by Rwanda captured the east rubber rubber rubber city and threatened to continue their offensive towards the capital, Kinshasa.
The spokeswoman of the Ruanda government, Yolande Makolo, denied the accusation and said that her troops were deployed to prevent the conflict from spilling to her territory.

He also asked that Rwanda troops be suspended from UN Maintenance Missions worldwide.
“We have to witness a country that is presented as a peace-Bringer in other countries, being (ing) of a warmonger in the region of the great lakes,” he said.
