The Senate advances the candidate for Trump’s Secretary of Energy to the final confirmation vote


The Senate on Thursday night advanced president Donald Trump’s Nominated to direct the department of Energy to a final confirmation vote.

The vote was 62-35.

Chris Wright, CEO and founder of Liberty Energy Inc., a service provider of the Colorado Energy Industry Services, was used by the 47th President to head the Department of Energy under its administration.

Trump’s nominated has received bipartisan support for his nomination, presented by a Democrat, Senator John Hickenlooper of Colorado, during his Confirmation audience With the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee this month.

The Senate celebrated a night sewage vote for Wright, to finish the discussion about its nomination.

The vote of the sewage approved with bipartisan support, which means that Wright will advance to a Final Senate VotingIt is likely to take place on Friday.

Wright, during his confirmation hearing, said he had identified three “immediate tasks” in which he would focus his attention: unleashed American energy, lead the world in advances in innovation and technology and increase production in the United States.
