Gorsky wrote the book “IRA management: 101”, providing information on how people can avoid participating or promoting arguments. It details coping skills, tools and information for an alternative to anger, which initially applied to his own life.
“I had a tremendous amount of angerFriction, screams, screams, discussions, and it was just a roller coaster, “he said, describing his childhood.” It wouldn’t stop. “
“IRA is a fairly healthy emotion that gives you a sign that something is wrong,” Gorsky said.

“Even if you are the most reactive individual, most of the time, everything is planned,” he said. “All their plans, situations, people, events, meetings; you know who you are. You know who the people are. You know what the usual conflicts are.”

Gorsky recommends planning the management of expectations and responses versus flying blinds and welcoming the alternative.
