The researchers said that Adams, who is a licensed nurse, according to the Nursing Board of the State of Arkansas, used a credit card with his name for Buy the pills.

“After investigating the recipe, a pharmacy employee contacted the elderly home in question, and declared that Caitlin Adams was fired on January 1,” the investigators said in the affidavit, Kait said.

Adams returned to the same pharmacy on January 6 with another recipe for 180 oxycodone pills, according to researchers.

The recipe was under the name of a man who later decided to have been a patient in the same elderly home where Adams worked previously, said the affidavit.

The man whose name was in the prescription had also been dead since December 30.

The pharmacy refused to fill the adams recipe.

Adams then went to another pharmacy and bought 180 oxycodone pills under the name of the dead man.

It was arrested on January 24 and was recorded in the Craighead County Detention Center. Adams was released with a $ 25,000 bonus waiting for charges reading on March 20.

The ADAMS license is under investigation.
