New accusations have emerged against Sean “Diddy” combs, with a man accusing the imprisoned rapper of drugs and rape him in a New York nightclub in 2012.
According to a judicial presentation, the man who was 17 at that time paid a goalkeeper to enter the club and was invited to the private table, where he received multiple vodka shots.
The plaintiff states that after consuming drinks, “he began to become misty and disoriented” and felt that “he lost consciousness and control of his body.”
Comps has constantly denied the accusations made against him in a series of civil lawsuits, and has previously labeled them as “disgusting.” The BBC has sought the response of its team in the new accusations.
Referred in judicial documents such as John Doe, the plaintiff alleges who was taken to a back room in the Soho Club, where people used drugs and got involved with escorts.
He said he realized that the drinks they gave them were enriched and “impacting their faculties.”
In his statement, the plaintiff says that he entered and left consciousness and, although he was aware of what was happening, he could not stop him.
The statement alleges that the plaintiff “helpless” was violated by combs in the back room of the nightclub.
In a statement to the BBC in response to separate federal criminal charges, the combs lawyer said: “In the Court, the truth will prevail: that combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone, man or woman, adult or minor.”
The new accusations occur when another rapper, Kanye West, urged President Donald Trump to grant the combs before his next judgment.
The 24 -time Grammy winner expressed his support in X, publishing a direct plea to Trump: “Free Puff,” West wrote, followed by another publication that tagged to the president: “@RealdonaldTrump, please release my brother Puff”.
In early February, a lawyer who represents the accusers said there were plans to Present more than 10 additional civil costumes against combs.
Combs currently faces more than 30 civil demands that allege sexual assault and misconduct.
He has been arrested in a New York prison waiting for a federal criminal trial on sex trafficking and extortion.
