Three Israeli hostages have returned to Israel after being released by Hamas.

Eli Sharabi, 52, Ohad Ben Ami, 56, I Levy, 34, were delivered to the red crossing at a highly organized event in the Deir Al-Balah area.

All were taken captive during the attacks of October 7 and were held in Gaza for 16 months.

In return, Israel has begun to free about 180 Palestinian prisoners in Israeli prison.

The releases are carried out as part of a high -fire agreement between Israel and Hamas, which entered into force on January 19.
