It may not be uncommon for two teammates who play the same position to secretly root each other. But that’s not what is happening with Bijan Robinson and Tyler Allgeier.
Allgeier ran for more than 1,000 yards in his rookie season in 2022, but only a few months after his first campaign ended, the Atlanta Falcons Selected Robinson with the eighth general selection in the NFL Draft.
With Robinson as a star in Texas, writing was on the wall so that there would be complemented to Robinson.

“I feel like a great work environment, but having that out of the country just as natural and incredible to have.
“Outside the countryside, we become the best friends,” Robinson added. “This is my brother. I can trust him for everything and anything. That we are here in the Super Bowl doing something together, that’s all you can ask.”

“You can’t have football without wings, and you can’t have wings without rewards. That’s the main thing. But have my wing here? You can’t improve,” said Allgeier.

“For me to share the field with him, and by the time I get tired, he enters, when he gets tired, I will enter. We are only trying to play each other and have fun with that. Have a coach that allows us to maximize our skills.”

“It was good to see Kirk deal with that in the right way. He never hesitated, he never got angry or disappointed,” Robinson said. “He was right to work. He was right to help Mike become who he wants to become. Even with Mike, he was so selfless and wanted to learn and obtain connections with all of us as players in the offensive.
“I was never a love/hate or hate, a relationship at all. It was only support, and when you have a guy that can learn under a veterinarian during a whole season, then you enter much more comfortable and much more prepared. That only he has to start immediately being a rookie field marshal.
To Allgeier added, “to be there at the same time as Kirk, and especially have Kirk as a model to follow, I think he established the standard of what a great field marshal should be in this league. He can be under his wing and only He seized what was drugged.

It is not clear what is the future of Cousins in Atlanta. But, after many were confused by Atlanta choosing Penix, it seems that they made an intelligent movement thinking outside the box.
