The best male and female boxers in Kazakhstan retired

The best male and female boxers in Kazakh are retired. Both were world champions: Gennadiy “Triple G” Golovkin, who had the world’s medium -sized medium weight titles, WBC, IBF and IBO, and Christina Hammer, who had the world’s world titles WBC and WBO and the weight titles and the titles of weight Super medium of the OMB.

Golovkin, 2004 Olympic silver medalist in Athens, Greece, became a professional in 2006 after a 345-8 fans record and later as a promoter (GGG promotions).

He was 37-0 when he was arrested in a decision draw divided in dispute on September 16, 2017 in T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas, Nevada, with the current super medium champion Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez. He persecuted Álvarez during the last seven rounds around the ring. Dave Moretti gave him a 115-113 decision and a draw with Don Trella 114-114. Judge Adalaide Byrd had 118-110 for Álvarez and did not judge again for 30 days. He retired in 2024.

Golovkin made the mistake of changing coaches in 2017 or 2019 from Abel Sánchez to Jonathan Banks. In any case, he went from a style of blow to a boxing style in the rematch after scoring a knockout in his next fight against Vanes Martirosyan, 36-3-1, in Stub Hall Center, Carson, ca. He had a twenty-three fighting streak in his previous fight, defeating Daniel ‘Miracle Man’ Jacobs, 32-1, in Madison Square Garden in New York.

The revenge with Álvarez was again in T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, on September 15, 2018, where he lost a majority decision. It was not until September 22, 2022, about four years later, that they fought for the third time. Then he retired at age 40. I tried to communicate with his last promoter, Tom Loeffler (K2 promotions), but I did not receive an answer about whether I was withdrawn.

Golovkin was defending Gabo ‘King’ pink of Philadelphia in January 2013, whom he stopped in seven rounds in MSG when I contacted one of his combat companions, Dhafir ‘not Fear’ Smith from Philly, who had been in the camp Twice with super medium -sized ‘Sog’ Ward weight weight. He said he didn’t know who would win between Ward and Golovkin. He said Golovkin “hits like a heavyweight!” Also in the camp was Farah Ennis of Philadelphia (brother of the current Welter champion of IBF ‘boots’ Ennis), who, when speaking, said: “He is hitting the shit!” I spoke briefly with Golovkin.

The final Golovkin record was 42-2-1 with 37 knockouts, and a future Ibhof’s safe member that also resided in Los Angeles, ca.

Christina Hammer had 24-0 when I met her at Atlantic City before her fight with the current Classa ‘T-Rex’ Shields world champion, where he lost his titles of the WCB and the OMB before the IBF champion and Amb Shields.

Upon covering that fight, the American referee Sparkle Lee brought between the boxers every time Hammer was offensive, helping Shields to gain a decision. I told Hammer in the locker room after she was “a champion” in my eyes.

Hammer, discouraged from obtaining a rematch, returned to his residence in Germany, not fighting again for ten months, winning his next five fights against non -conquerors, except in win Sanna Turunen in Germany, where all the other fights were held since they lost their title of shields. In May 2022, he had his last fight before retiring at age 32.

Golovkin and Hammer received controversial decisions that changed their careers, and now retired and a loss for boxing.
