Recently released video captured at the time the driver of a SUV escaped from a SUV just before the vehicle was crushed by a passenger train from the Utah Transit Authority (UTA) in Layton, Utahlast week.
The video, captured from inside the locomotive, showed the train that spread along the tracks to a railroad crossing.
When the train approached the crossing, you could see a white vehicle that partially blocks the track.

KSLTV in Salt Lake City spoke with Uta’s public information officer, Gavin Gustafson, who said everyone was lucky to have escaped without injuries.
He also told the station that it is easy to watch the video and wants the driver to retire or reversed and breaks his arm, although the driver was probably in shock.
“I am certainly not going to guess them in the heat of the moment,” said Gustafson. “And sometimes, the view could be blocked by something else, you don’t want to retire if there is another train.”
Gustafson did not immediately respond to the request for comments from Fox News Digital on the matter.

Even so, the station reported that UTA estimates that the collision caused more than $ 100,000 in damage to the train.
In the process, the door and the intersection were damaged, although according to the reports, the latter was repaired within 24 hours with the assistance of the city of Layton.
